We select tutors based on their aptitude for tutoring and their knowledge and passion for the subjects they teach. We look for impressive academic and teaching CVs and a long-term commitment to the tutoring profession.

We ensure that all of our tutors have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS. We verify their ID, degree/teaching qualifications and request testimonials and teaching references as part of the application process. They must also pass an interview where we diligently ascertain their tutoring skills set and personal qualities.
